Secondly, is competition, many people in the new digital age prefer to traveling thus many traveling agencies are coming up. The best way to overcome competition is agents should be the best at what they do, this basically means that agents should be very active in terms of research so that they can meet the interest of many clients (Sokanu.com).The economic challenge is one that is largely affecting travel agents; most people are now opting to booking via the online services rather than the traveling agencies. Secondly, is the investment challenge where travel agents have to visit personally some of the locations so that they can know if it will be good for their clients.
